Mr. Sessions is a patent attorney and provides patent and licensing-related legal counsel to groups of all sizes \u2013 from individual inventors to Fortune 500-sized companies. He has advised on hundreds of patent enforcement, acquisition, licensing and other monetization transactions. Additionally, Mr. Sessions is an Adjunct Faculty Professor at Gonzaga University School of Law and Founder\/Supervising Attorney of its Intellectual Property Law Clinic. Mr. Sessions was formerly Associate Dean of Intellectual Property at Lincoln Law School of San Jose where he managed IP related curriculum, online programs, and its IP Clinic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Sessions has authored many publications, books, and legal textbooks relating to intellectual property. In his many discussions with inventors over the years, he has repeatedly heard of the need for straight-forward information.
